Are we a good fit to work together?

Here’s a bit more about me and my values and beliefs so we can both see whether we'd be happy working together...

I help fellow quiet and introvert business owners to build a superstar brand, get visible, and market their business with strategies that actually suit them. So that they can stop hiding away scared, stop worrying and feeling exhausted, and stop the stress of trying to be someone they’re not - but instead confidently show up and be themselves, and sell more, more easily.  Through photography of you and your business, 1:1 mentoring, my Brand Plan membership, and various courses. 

I am an introvert ISFP; I don’t love the spotlight but am trying to get along with it more so that I can help other business owners like me.  I am self diagnosed ADHD, HSP (highly sensitive), RSD (rejection sensitive).

I run my business around my family (husband, 3 children and a hamster), keeping an eye on my mum (we lost my dad last year), and I have a chronic illness (Crohn's Disease, plus side effects of things like chronic fatigue).

I am kind, I am sensitive, I am sensible. I love Cinderella’s motto: ‘have courage, be kind’. I am a recovering perfectionist and people pleaser, and have been working on building my confidence and self esteem for years!  I hate the idea of being judged, being disliked, being rejected.  I am very empathetic.  I am anxious about getting it wrong, but am always learning.  And I do lots of overthinking!  I am very empathetic, always trying to be more organised, and I love taking photos and helping other business owners.  I am ambitious and want to build a business that works for me, makes money, and makes an impact.

I value kindness, loyalty, being supportive.  I am usually very positive and look on the bright side, and I want to bring you more joy.  I want to be inspiring, encouraging, and empower you to feel more confident and build a successful business you love, using your introvert strengths and the strategies that work for you.

And I try to be a decent human being.  For me that means being kind and supportive, caring for our environment and other humans no matter who they are.  Black lives matter.  Trans women are women.  I believe in women's rights and women supporting women.  I may be in the UK, but I think it's still relevant here to include that I do not support Trump.

I aim to create a safe, respectful and welcoming space for everyone regardless of their race, nationality, religion, socioeconomic background, abilities including physical and mental health, age, neurodiversity, gender, or who they love. I try (probably imperfectly) to be an ally for any marginalised person.  I try to be accessible and inclusive.  I want to use my privileges to help create a safe, just and equitable world for everyone.

I help scared or overwhelmed or stressed/burnt out business owners to feel more confident about showing up as themselves and to find ways that they can be more visible - but I acknowledge that it’s a lot safer for some to be themselves than others. 

I market to introvert business owners, but I also mean you if you're not sure if you're an introvert, if you feel you are quiet, unconfident, shy.  Or you might be a spoonie instead/as well, and have a chronic illness that reduces the time and energy you have to spend on marketing your business.  Maybe you're working around children or caring for parents and have less time too.  Or maybe you just hate the visibility and marketing stuff we need to do as business owners, don't like doing it, or struggle with what to do and how to do it.  Introvert-friendly visibility and marketing strategies are usually low-lift, evergreen, easier to put in place, and work for you too, so you're all welcome!

I don't hustle or use icky/traditional marketing and selling tactics.  I provide free and low cost options for working with me, and offer payment plans without charging lots more to those who can least afford it.  I try to support and buy from friends, local businesses, other ethical businesses.  I support various charities and I give back to my community.

I care about my clients and customers.
